”Great hotel gym. Good location”

”When we got there they said there was no reservation. Then they said reservation was cancelled durnto maintenance issues then moved us to another location that was very far from where we needed to be. We ended up paying Uber for multiple trips. They did upgrade us but we didnt need that upgrade because we ended up paying for transportation. Trip was really ruined.”

”The property was very nice and our room was clean and updated. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the full kitchen was great. Nice little balcony as well. Glad there was a small fitness room with a treadmill to use. The check in process with Kaitlyn was smooth and she gave us helpful tips about the area. It is a good location and we used Uber, the metro, and we walked. Good restaurants to choose from nearby as well. We parked our car on the street in front and just kept it...

”Nice little studio. This was in a fun location in Del-ray with little shops and restaurants near by. Best for me was that the A11 bus goes right from this place to the conference hotels and metro stop in Crystal City. No need to Uber.”

”I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

”Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....
