”Decadent please to spend a night. Rooms could be little cleaner, bed was good. Shower was ok. Quite close to road so the sounds of traffic might wake you up.”

”The staff at the property was really friendly and helpful, but the property itself is slightly outdated. My room seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. Fixtures were cracked and broken. It is also incredibly loud at that facility. You can hear all the cars and the Central Air unit was really loud. The beds aren't comfy. There is no covered parking either. ”

”I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...

”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

”The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room.”

”Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them.
