”The room was clean and tidy. There were a minimum number of electrical sockets, Too few if you have several items to charge nightly. But the room was cozy and comfortable. And there were other locations in the lodge to charge devices. Having a lake view makes the stay special.”

”Very nice large double Queen room with balcony and view through the trees of the ocean, located up high on a cliff. There was a wooden staircase down to the beach within the hotel grounds which was nice for easy access. Room was modern and clean. Restaurant was closed for dinner due to low season, but decent complimentary breakfast. Easy parking and stair access and friendly staff.”

”It’s an okay place to stay. Property is comprised of condos owned by private parties so they have so many rules of what and what you can’t do, ie. wash your dishes, take your trash out. If you’re looking for a hotel-type property this isn’t it.”

”I don't know exactly but I would say I've stayed here 6-7 times. I'm local and go out there for a little staycation, all alone, because it's the nicest, cleanest hotel on the peninsula, IMO. I don't really gamble, I just like to go hide out in my room. I get food from The House of Seven Brothers or Napolis and bring it upstairs, always excellent. ”Rustic flavor. Bedroom on 2nd floor, bathroom on first floor. Using the exposed aggregate stair winders barefoot uncomfortable. Heated by multiple electric floorboard heaters. Location wonderful. Close to beach, river, private. Beautiful.”
