”1. Upon arrival we were sent to a remote room on the third floor far to the rear of the property. In the room, it superficially looked like housekeeping had it ready. When we looked again we found human hair in the bathtub. That sent us to look at the beds. The white sheets and cover had very numerous stains, including red blood or lipstick stains on the top fold of a top sheet where my teenager immediately declared she refused to lie down. ”The pool was okay as far as cleanliness but it was way too chilly for me and my granddaughter to swim and play in. I realize there is a cost associated with a heated pool but in the winter it would have been a nice treat. I was told it was at room temperature and apparently that is considered warm enough to some people just not for me! Highly disappointed especially since there isn’t a hot tub. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a nice pool.”

”The place was very clean and cozy. They were very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was delish, especially the French toast. Maria and her husband were nuce, friendly and helpful. It was home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!”

”The staff was the best! In Anchorage from the Kenai for surgery, we received so much kindness and assistance. From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was the people who were the number one reason we'll go back.
