”The place just felt Alaskan, and the food is fantastic. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're solid, and very clean and quiet.
I recommend the 2nd floor for the view over lake Wasilla.
I will be staying there again.”
”We loved our one week stay here. We got a suite— lake view— totally worth it for the extra room. Breakfast was great and they varied the breads, types of sausage, types of eggs. It always was ready right on the dot of 7 too so we could hop out and sightsee. Bed was super comfy. It was totally quiet. Abundant parking spots. And did I mention the lake view? Gorgeous. Also- the staff are friendly and efficient. And they LOVE decorating for Halloween— oh man, tons of scary, creepy fun stuff in the...
”Read the other reviews on this property and set your expectations. It’s a budget friendly option. Looking for a hot shower, flushing toilet and a bed - you’ve got it. Rooms are upstairs from the bar so you’ll hear the music until 10 PM. Not an issue if you’re in the bar which has a very cool vibe to include the play lists. There’s a separate restaurant section for non-drinkers.Good surveillance - door locks are dated but functional. The staff is warm, friendly and certainly add to the magic.”
”I was pleasantly suprised with the room standard, kitchenette amenities ( the hotel thought of everthing!) the comfortable bed, big TV and spacious wardrobes!
The bathroom was beautifully tiled and had lovely decor.

”It was a unique and cozy property, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There was a lot of street noise at night but it was also when the fair was going on.”

”Hotel was great! Loved our room and location
No lobby attendant, had to use a phone to check in. And no elevator to third floor, so be prepared to lug suitcases up stairs if on 3rd floor. ”
