”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

”The hotel was under construction for renovation and that should have been disclosed prior to. Also, I was charged $3.00 on my credit card for some reason. I didn’t touch the bottled waters or anything in the room that would relate to this charge.”

”Property completely misrepresented on the pictures provided We arrived late night, and place just scary looks completely abandoned, and looks like in the horror movie. We just opened entrance door, and left even not getting into the room itself. No light inside. Smells very strange. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I called Expedia next morning asking for the full refund. Request was rejected by property owner Nice work Expedia Thanks ”

”Really nice location close to Brown Univeristy. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Staff was very cordial and friendly. There is $15 per day for parking (which was called out in the listing so just calling out for others to know)”

”The room looks old but clean at check in we had no housekeeping in 3 nights stay not even fresh towels when we asked for a housekeeping they said they will send we come back no one went bad communication in the front desk we hate our stay.”
