”The bungalow was well appointed and clean. However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat . Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books.”

”Had a fab chilled winter break, very peaceful surroundings. Bungalow was clean, warm and cosy, kitchen well equipped. 5 minute walk to the friendly local pub. Village shop well stocked.”

”Our 3rd stay, all aspects of Elm Lodge and the location were excellent as always. We will use this venue for future breaks but next time we will take precautions against the possibility of insect bites in this lovely and picturesque location.”

”A lovely spacious house. Very convenient to the town and sea front. Dan was a brilliant host and provided us with loads of provisions. Also gave a useful tour of the house and even lit the log fire for us on arrival. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come again.”

”Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...
