”A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new.

Staff doesn't speak English very well but you can get by! I had a suite to myself and it was absolutely amazing! Beach is untouched and there are few places (2 restaurants, 2 hotels) on the beach when you walk along it.. Would highly recommend this place!”
”Most unique property we have ever stayed at in Phang Nga. Simply gorgeous, classic Thai architecture and the villas were generously sized with plunge pools. The people and service were absolutely lovely. The entire experience was very warm. We will definitely stay here again, however, will endeavor to visit next time in the non rainy season. ”Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.
The pool is nice but its a club I guess and so...

"We stayed three nights in our own villa.
At first, we were presented with a villa that was not the same as the one we had booked. Thank god, we finally got to the right villa.
The villa was nice and clean.
The mood of the first day was lowered by a snake that we saw at our pool, the staff went to catch it, and a cockroach that we caught inside the apartment.
Although we have traveled a lot on the different islands of Thailand, we had never encountered a snake at the accommodation before.
I would have expected that a five-star hotel would have a better look at the yard areas, especially since the snake came towards us as soon as we arrived at the villa.
I recommend the hotel if your goal is to sunbathe in your own peace.
