”I booked a room online here, and as soon as I realized it was the wrong location. I called right after I made the reservation, and they said that it had caused too much of an inconvenience, and the policy stated no refunds.
We did not stay the night.
Just an ounce of empathy or understanding would have been amazing but they really needed that $61. ”

”Birthday Shenanigans! We stayed over the weekend for a birthday gathering. New hotel with plenty of space and especially clean and comfortable. Within minutes to shopping and great restaurants and nightlife. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!”
