The outlet next to the sink didn't work, the TV remote was broken, very noisy bathroom fan, and a number of other small things related to an older building that has not been properly kept up to date. ”Clean, in a great location, nice room. My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive.”

”Almost everything was great. The staff was excellent. The breakfast is well done. The property and room were very clean and well kept.
My almost is due to the high level of chemicals in the pool. My kiddo swims a BUNCH in pools and lakes and this is the first time her skin and eyes got VERY red.
The smell of the chlorine was also very strong.
I booked this hotel specifically for the pool-but only opted to use it once due to the potency of the chemicals.

”The air conditioner was broke. The TV was cracked. The room was so dirty, the floors were sticky. The white drapes were grey at the bottom. It smelled like body odor and smoke when we walked in- I had to go buy air freshener. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on.
