”We stayed in downtown Asheville for the upcoming RAD Half Marathon on June 8. 2025. The condo was accurately described as shown in the pictures. It was easily accessible to the event and all places in town. ”

Would only complain that we did not receive check in instructions until I asked for them more than an hour after our scheduled check in time but while we were still on our way. It’s floor-to-ceiling windows provide the best views in Asheville, and it’s as dead center in the middle of it all as you can get. I was a little concerned going into it because I don’t have pets and this place is pet friendly, but the apartment is immaculate. Selfishly, I don’t want to leave such a glowing review because I don’t want it to be booked the next time I’m wanting to visit!! But this...

”The place was beautiful. The host provided some very nice items for us (coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and facial tissues).The only issue we had was the entry software stopped working for us on the last night. We called the emergency number and got into the building.”

”The condo was not well maintained. Black mold on the couch pull out mattress, screen doors off the track, closet door in master bedroom is missing, black gunk on the bathroom stopper in the master bathroom, outlet in master bedroom is detached from the wall, and it looks like someone tried glueing it back to the wall. Carpets were also dirty and stained. The place on the surface was clean, but not maintained. ”
