”The house was wonderful to stay in. Big kitchen with updated appliances and a gas grill to do family meals. My family used it all and ended the night at the fire pit. The zipline, board games, & Cornhole kept us entertained. The house was clean, roomy, and somehow felt cozy. The hosts were super sweet and left us a welcome basket of Dayton treats that we all devoured. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends get away.”

”This property is lovely. We were in Cincinnati for my daughter's graduation from UC and had a great time. Marcy was great and the house was spotless. Game room was fun. Only recommendation I might add is to add a grill for cooking out.”

”My stay was great. Great job of renovation and updating the property! One one thing... The compression shower rod in the lower bathroom will not stay up. I would suggest a permanently mounted rod (like the one in the upstairs bathroom) to solve that problem. I would definitely stay there again.”

”The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. The leaky toilet was obvious since there was blue on the toilet and floor & there was no hot water for showers. There needs to be more than one tv in the house and needs to have basics like a hairdryer & pam spray with some basic spices. The back bedroom’s bed is hard as a rock. ”This small, tidy house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking and only two miles from University of Dayton's basketball arena. Restaurants and stores within two blocks.”
