”The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive with all my questions and concerns. The pool and jacuzzi were ready and warm and so was the home upon arrival. We were snowed in due to the storm but it didn't matter, we truly enjoyed the stay there. Would stay there again or at any other of their available locations.”

”My family enjoyed the space of having the three bedrooms and living room & kitchen area. But a few things really distracted from the stay. We started to make coffee in the coffee pot, which we appreciated, but it was dirty. When reported to staff, an employee was sent to our suite with a sponge filled with soap.? She walked in without knocking even tho a Do not Disturb sign was on the door. This employee was very unhappy that she was sent to clean a coffee pot which was not requested. By then...

”Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. ”
