”Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.”

”Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”

”Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

”We needed a place to stay for the weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from RIT. Beatriz home was perfect! This is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The home is spotless and well maintained, comfortable, well stocked for whatever you need and the yard is a huge plus. Beatriz went out of her way to make sure our family could enjoy and celebrate our son’s accomplishment. She was so thoughtful and so attentive. Thank you Beatriz!!!”

”Absolutely beautiful location and a wonderfully peaceful retreat. The host thought of everything needed for a family stay, from toys for tots to coffee and quiet spaces for adults who want to enjoy a bit of r and r by the water with a good book. The morning sun light bouncing off the water no more than a few feet from the large bay windows makes for a storybook view with one of the most picturesque live canvas we've had the pleasure to enjoy.
