”Upon our arrival we were told by the desk clerk that he could not find our reservations for two rooms. These rooms were booked and prepaid. I showed him our receipt but was told that there were absolutely no rooms available. After much prompting on our part he called his supervisor who found us two handicapped rooms. ”We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff.
