”Room was disgustingly dirty. I walked on the carpet once and my feet instantly became black. Wore shoes around the room from there on out. Shower felt dirty and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned fully from the previous guests. Staff was nice and very helpful and the location was great. Room was small for 2 people. Would not stay again.”

”Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. My room keys did not work and they were rekeyed and replaced 3 times. Maintenance tried as well. After we had settled in because they couldn't get the room keys to work, we were moved to a different room. They obviously had not had the time to clean it. Floor was dirty questionable as to what it was stuck to the floor. I used wash wipes to clean it. The room was so stuffy and hot. This was resolved in a few hours once the AC/fan kicked in....

Water pressure for the showers could be a lot better especially in the accessible rooms it us to a more accessible way to use the shower without water getting all over the floor for those rooms. ”Rooms were clean. The staff was responsive to requests. Breakfast was fairly typical of a Continental Breakfast - waffles, cereal, yogurt, English muffins, bagels, etc. Pool was slightly chilly, but the hot tub was finally working after being out of service for several years. Appears to be under new management, but no significant changes from previous years. We have stayed here a number of times before and will do so again.”
