”The property was very well equipped & in a lovely position on the site. It was very peaceful. The couple of queries we had were immediately resolved by the reception staff. If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. ”

”The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages. ”

”The cottage was as described, in the heart of the village, lovely, comfortable and fully equipped. We ve enjoyed having breakfast in the outside space at rear, watching and listening to the brook. This makes the place a real gem. Nunney is a very picturesque and quiet village, yet with a lively pub and a very nice Cafe. And so many lovely walks with stunning views on the fiels and surrounding hills. It has been very easy to check in and to communicate with Andrew and the cleaning service is very...

Communication with Val was excellent and also waited on the side of the road to show us the entrance to the side road. The Carthouse was spotlessly clean and Val had left several thoughtful items to get us started including bread, milk, wine and cider! Thank you Val, it was much appreciated.
