”If you're expecting a hot shower, don't stay here. There was no hot water, not even tepid, this morning, so no shower. I informed the front desk and the young man said "oh yeah the boiler sometimes goes out." He was very unconcerned. The woman who checked me in was downright hostile. I can honestly say I did nothing to provoke this treatment. Didn't stay for breakfast. Couldn't wait to get out. My experience was so bad. I'll never stay at any Comfort Suites again.”

The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced.”

”Room was nice enough, it's definitely a lodge feel and it is a dated hotel but overall the room was fine. No AC though. The bed was good and the bathroom was fine. We went in June though so you could tell they don't staff it well because it's not in season.
We went to the in house restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. They had just changed the menu so you could tell everywone was still learning. Food was good though.
The spa is another story. They just straight up said we don't...

The bathroom tile was run down/damaged and a dirty. Found an empty bottle of whiskey in the closet from previous guest maybe? You can hear neighbors walking up/down the metal spiral staircases in the rooms.
I would stay again.”
