”Plenty of parking, the room was clean and the welcome friendly.The downside was the restaurant was closed when arrived so the alternative was to go out again. We didn't bother, it might have been better to have had some notice of this and we could made other arrangements it didn't spoil matters.”

When I went down to complain they said they had no other twins left so would ring around the other hotels, which at 11.30pm was not what we wanted, so - as was with my 17 year old son rather than a work colleague - we stuck with double room. I stayed at the main house with a sprawling set up providing space for work on my laptop and a big bathroom with a cracking shower.
