”This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. ”

”We had a nice few days here. Our host, Jason, was very responsive when notified about some kitchen items that were needed—he called to clarify and then sent the manager over with the needed items. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Highly recommended.”

”We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy.
