”The pool was dirty and full of debri. Garbage all around the seating area. Hot tub was not working and dirty. They need to tell guest. Faulty advertising. ”

”Problems with shower, water was too hot and could not be regulated. Bathroom sink took for ever to drain. No orange juice on 3/88/26 morning. Breakfast was was also poor.”

”An apparently new facility. Nothing fancy, but very nice & clean. Ikea-type furnishings, but set up well for extended stays. However, advertised to include breakfast. Packaged hard boiled eggs and packaged sweet rolls do not constitute breakfast. So, had to go to a restaurant (at unanticipated expense) to have breakfast each day. Packaged rolls and eggs should be listed as "continental breakfast". Borders in false advertising ”

”The first thing we noticed when we walked into the room was an overwhelming smell of a spicy, musky men's cologne. I'm not sure what the smell was but it was powerfully awful. The room was ok. The carpet has seen better days and the bathroom was not ver clean. The corners of the floor and the sink definitely needed a good scrubbing. The AC worked great and the bed was pretty comfortable. When we checked in and out, the staff acted like they couldn't be bothered with our presence. They weren't...

”Bed bugs in our room. No rooms available so ended up having to leave at 1am. Traveled with family in the same car and so they had to leave as well. Still awaiting the decision on a refund for the other two rooms. ”

”the staff is overworked. there is trash in the parking lot. The breakfast is substandard. The toaster does not work plus some things were missing. The room seemed clean but could be upgraded. Could not figure out how to work climate control until the front desk person showed me how. Instructions should be provided to prevented frustration. Many Hispanic workers loitered in the public areas causing concern. Would not want to stay there again.”

”There was alot of construction going on with equipment all over the place, we also weren’t able to sleep as the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people in the rooms next to us. As we we were waiting for the elevator there was a couple in the room next to it having sex and being extremely loud we could hear them down the hall. ”

”I understand it is only a $60 hotel but it was very bad. Staff was great nothing wrong with that side of things but the room was awful. The door has gaps you see through and multiple bugs on the floor. Everything was extremely old and gross. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

”Basic hotel, nice and clean my only complaint is that the bed was horrible!! We had a metal bed frame that was so squeaky. Anytime I moved on the bed it would make so much noise. The bed felt weak and felt like a pull out couch ”
