”Hotel Mercure went the extra mile to accommodate our need for a ground floor room for our disabled dog. All communications were prompt and courteous, and when we checked on the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. This all helped ease the issues of travelling with a beloved disabled pet and we really appreciated all they did for us. Would definitely recommend them, and definitely stay there again should we return to Chester. ”
