”We received the warmest of welcomes from Jim, the proprietor. He was so lovely, funny and kind. Although the Shenandoah is a period house, it is right up to date, the decor and furniture looked new. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, there was probably something to suit everyone.
