”The reason I booked this hotel was due to its proximity to the airport and having a shuttle. They stated when I called you just needed to let them know when you needed to leave for the airport; upon arrival, the person at the desk said it ran every hour and on the day of leaving, there was only woman person (the manager) who drove the shuttle and couldn’t leave the desk for hours. This in my opinion was a bait and switch.”

”Staff and check in was wonderful. 1 bathroom light was burnt out, and there was no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in. Also found a packet of sauce by the tv stand, and a candy paper under the chair on the room. Thank god the bathroom and beds were clean. But the floor could have definitely been cleaned better.”

”Excellent staff, excellent location for Cleveland sports venues and downtown. Very competitive price…will stay there again, especially for Cavs, Guardians, and Browns games. Oh, excellent mattress for a good night sleep after fun night in Cleveland.”
