”The hotel is very nice, and the staff helpful, when they are there. My daughter's room's toilet clogged at 7:00 PM and she had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come from another location to fix it. I realize that that is not long, but it would be helpful if someone was inhouse. I wish I had known there was no elevator before I went.”

”Room was good. The noise from the illegals that were being housed there, was ridiculous at night. When I spoke to the night desk clerk to address the matter, seeing they were being loud at 1130 at night, he did nothing and felt it wasn't an issue that pertained to him. ”

”Noise from highway all night long No power day we left. Couldn't take shower as bathroom was totally dark. Several of the emergency lights in the hallway were not operating. Had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 70 years old with heart problems.”

”I visited the resort to have a solo night of relaxation ahead of Mother’s Day. The room I stayed in had some kind of an ant infestation. I saw something moving and then looked down at the carpet and saw so many small ants and food crumbs under the sofa. There were make up stains throughout the bathroom and on the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom shower and bathroom floor. I first went down to the Bistro around 4 pm and was completely ignored by multiple hostesses. I eventually left and...

”The hotel is very good with a reasonabel price, I could choice this for visiting Cape Cod even it is little bit far away from there. The hotel locates very beautiful small town, hence the environment is good.”

”I wasn’t looking for shops, but I think there were plenty around. I didn’t know there was a spa. The breakfast stopped too soon as we didn’t get in until 11pm from our event so didn’t get up early enough to make it by the time we took showers. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. ”

The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived.
