”Clean room ”

”We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future. ”

”No pets”

”Smoking room was not pretty but I'm not picky. Shower was cold though and not the cleanest. again not a complainer just that was my issues. ”

”Decent location, and was pet friendly. Other guests were extremely loud and staff never seemed to interfere. Fairly certain illegal activities were taking place. Stayed 5 days, my room was never cleaned and I never received more towels or toilet paper, or so much as a trash bag after my can became full. Also the room didnt have a microwave, nor a coffee pot. ”

”The hotel is clean and the front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Even the housekeeper working in the lobby said hello. The room was clean, the bed’s comfortable and the bathroom very user friendly. There are grab bars well placed in the tub which made getting in and out feel safe. Plenty of towels and paper products were provided. Will definitely visit again when we’re in the area.”

”Fresh, hot breakfast , five stars for lady prepare it. Greeting and check supply in time. Very good meat! Will give overall five if empty condition on shower tub not happened.”

”The outside and lobby was clean. The young girl St the front desk was friendly and helpful. Th rooms were clean. The fridge was huge but looked a little rough on the outside but very clean on the inside. Beds weren’t too bad clean pillows soft. Bathroom has some tile broke sink was crewed to the wall. You can tell it wasn’t the original toilet that used to be in there didn’t match the spot on the floor and it moved when you sat firm on it. There was permanent stains on the tub But it was clean....

”The staff are extremely friwndly and the resort is very clean. The room was spacious, but our bed was a little hard. We were still able to sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and casino. I will be back soon.”

”breakfast was cereal ,or honey buns, pop tarts. not my idea of breakfast. All the other super 8 i've stayed in had hot food”
