”Initial problems were car park was totally full (despite being told no need to pre-book as plenty of space) This was 3rd party info. & did not match what the hotel told us on arrival. Our allocated room left a lot to be desired. Thankfully Michelle on reception efficiently addressed all the issues and resolved everything to our total satisfaction by sorting the parking issue and moving us to a great room. A lot of thought had gone into the decor some of which was highly amusing, not least the draped mannikin in the cocktail bar. The cocktails were excellent as well.
