”The staff were great and helpful, Breafast was very good, and our evening meal exelent bar was well staffed in the evening and well stocked , unfortunately the cleanliness of our room was not good , especially the shower, which had black mould on the tiles and shower door was in need of some maintenance, the toilet was not clean behind seat and in the hinges of seat and lid was not clean , and the sink has a large crack in it .”

”The hotel is situated on a very busy road which can make it difficult to join traffic as you are leaving the car park. Having said that we were initially fearful that the room would be noisy but with double glazing and the room being at the rear it was fine. There was plenty of parking but my husband has limited mobility and there was no disabled parking bay near to reception which was situated a fair way away from the car park. Check in was quick by a very pleasant receptionist and the room was...

”The hotel was excellent. We were offered a room upgrade on our arrival to a deluxe room and the room was superb. Very clean and comfortable with both a bath and separate shower - huge bathroom. The bar area was cosy and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Good selection of wines. We will definitely be returning. Just wish our stay had been longer.”

”This is a nice business style hotel on the outskirts of Peterborough. It is very close to the A1 which was handy as we arrived late. It also has air conditioning which was very nice in the heat. Good parking though you do pay extra for this. Room service was good and staff were very nice. I would stay again.”

”Stayed during the heatwave. There is no AC on site and the central fan did nothing. Had to request a fan from the front desk to sleep through the night.”

”Had such a relaxing stay, staff were very welcoming and helpful, they even left me a note to wish me a Happy Birthday which was unexpected and so lovely. Rooms were beautiful, had the best sleep in a while! Food is exceptional and plenty of both in and our door spaces to relax with a few drinks. Easy short walk to the town centre as well as Burley House. Definitely recommend this hotel for all occasions. Shall be staying again very soon!”

”Tosi hieno aula ja pub. Hyvä full English aamupala. Hyvä sijainti. Huoneen ikkuna ei mennyt kiinni kunnolla, ja pyysin 2xpäivässä että se korjattaisi. Sille ei kuitenkaan tehty mitään koko aikana, eikä seuraava vuoro ollut kertaakaan tietoinen koko asiasta. Aamiaismaksujen kanssa oli myös sekoilua, ilta- ja aamuvuorolaista eri mielipiteet hinnasta ja maksuista. Suihkusta ei tullut kuin tulikuumaa vettä.”

”Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. We all had to spend extra money to reach a very minimum bearable breakfast - as we are people who were in Peterborough to work, not holiday.”

”Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Nice large room. Lovely breakfast. Only down side was the noise was the main road being at the front of the hotel. Totally recommend this venue.”

”Enjoyable stay . The sink click clack plug didn’t work and twice it was promised to be attended too but unfortunately didn’t get repaired/replaced so we had to use tissue as a plug . Everything else was good .”
