Front desk person Gustavo is extremely arrogant. Rooms don't have blanket and he is straight face saying they are out of blankets. This is not acceptable. They are not charging us less for this right? amount we paid is not less amount we paid for this hotel in Chicago Suburb. They mentioned that they will deliver the utensils in the room but Gustavo again said no. Owner should take an account that whatever they committed to, employees are not trained to follow that. They way Gustavo is behaving, it shows if we post this review there will be non co-operation and retaliation. We drove all the way from North Carolina and and spending sleepless nights with kids (7 years) and elderly people (80 and 72 years) travelled with us. After Repeated follow up, They did not even provide us extra sheets. to get sheets we need to return dirty sheets first. a total untrust is there. If we need to return dirty sheets, what will we use in leu of Blankets which they said before? 2 sleepless nights. it was a nightmare.
