”Suitable location for a country tour. THe Place seems to be a center for locals to gather for a meal and a pint. All in all decent but we had a crappy room built for midgets in the attic. The housekeeping should vacuum more than once a week I think. The carpets were filthy. Efficient professional service level by the staff.”

”The room was clean. Check in was pleasant although Prosecco a bit flat. The menu offered in the room by the coffee facilities was totally inaccurate and bore no resemblance to the menu in the restaurant. The dishes came with potato but the side dishes were potato based and only one vegetable option -an unbalanced menu. The cod at dinner was badly cooked and inedible. A message was sent to the kitchen but there was no recompense or response. Overall dinner was highly expensive and not good value....

”Had a lovely stay. The main property looks just like the online images and is really beautiful however, I’m assuming that most people stay in the building to the left which is less historic. Our check in was easy and even though we were brought to a room with just one bed, the staff rectified this pretty quickly and brought us to a room with two beds, which is what we had booked . Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. I would imagine it’s a little louder in the high season. We were a bit disappointed...
