”Lovely hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Some elements of the hotel let it down, the ensuite was tired looking with significant orange staining to the bath taps. Pillows were uncomfortable and would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room. However, overall I would recommend and stay again ”

”The staff were wonderful from booking in to to dining at the property to checking out. I was very happy with the experience. The cleanliness in the room was very good, but in the shower I noticed black mold in a few places on the grout. I personally am not allergic to the mold but many people are. Perhaps the shower area should be inspected on a weekly basis? ”

”Our room (deluxe) was very pleasant and comfortable, however the windows were small and facing onto a courtyard/wall, so the room was very dark. We had to the lights on, even during the day. Would chose another room, facing the square or higher up, if we were to come back. ”

”Hotel staff great. Hotel room great. Breakfast however was buffet style i didnt complain but should have. 0830 ish went to breakfast. Bacon cooked crispy but luke warm sat on the side.sausages cold beans cold eggs greasy fried and cold mushrooms cold. Hash brown cold fresh toms grilled but cold. £12.50 if i was in a mellow mood should of asked for money back. ”

”Palvelutaso oli aika olematon. Receptionin puhelinnumeroa ei ollut missään ja muutoinkaan puhelimeen ei vastattu. Public Housen palvelu oli erittäin huonoa.Esim pöytä piti varata ennen ruokatilausta ... miten sen voi yksinäinen matkustaja varata? Ruoka uhattiin viedä siihen pöytään jonka ilmoitti, mikä myös tapahtui. Miten sen pöydän identifioi koska pöydät eivät näy tilaustiskille. Pöydissä on kuulemma numerot - mitään näkyviä numeroita ei kuitenkaan ollut. Ihan oikeastiko he eivät ole...

”It’s not often I give a five-star review but the staff here were exceptional. Genuine, friendly, happy - even the guy in the restaurant that served us a late dinner and then breakfast the following morning. I need some of that positive energy! We only stayed for one night, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The bar is really cosy and the breakfast is very generous. We just loved it here. Please don’t change a thing.”
