”Property clean and centrally located. Quiet in room. Breakfast typical. Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room.”

”You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!”

”Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price.”

”Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!”

”The place was dirty, inside and out. The placed reeked of Marijuana. The outside had high grass that needed to be cut weeks ago. The parking lot had a lot of trash everywhere. The guy told me there will be breakfast, it was 4 honey buns and a few pieces of bread.”

”The entrance of the hotel was absolutely beautiful!!! Wow!!! The rooms were great, very clean hotel, and breakfasts were delicious!!!! We highly recommend it!!!”

”Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!”

”This hotel is so central in downtown Greenville that you can’t go wrong. Great restaurants all around and Greenville has done with their downtown what other towns want to do.”

”It did a lot of things right for a business traveller in town for a conference. However, would have been helpful to have a safe in the room. Also real milk not creamer and more than 2 tea bags. Finally, I totally get it but having to join the loyalty programme to access the wifi is a bit painful. I have so many memberships and it was such a pain.”

”This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.”
