”We enjoyed our stay in an Adventure tent. Very comfortable bed. Just enough of a camping feel with the conveniences of a high end hotel. Super-fresh granola in the morning. The club house is spacious and modern with two showers in the bathroom. Unfortunately only one was working and had to wait. Great for young families.”

”The positives are the staff was very nice and the room was clean with a full kitchen. The bummer was that the pool was not open and hasn't been for awhile. The door was very difficult to open. The rooms were a little run down. The entrance to the woods was actually not walkable at all despite the Expedia description. But this was an inexpensive hotel in a convenient location on Cape Cod so I would give it a solid 4 stars.”

”Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.”

”Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

”The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

”Good location, no frills place to sleep”

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”Location/location/location. I wished this place had more amenities and I would Love it more. Breakfast was there but I can say not the best. Coffee was harsh and the toaster didn’t work. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking was easy and dining options all around. The room was a little dirty but I keep wipes and was able to wipe the dusty side table(and everywhere else) :)”

”The rooms were clean and had lots of character! We loved the quaintness of this place and it was centrally located to the wharf. The staff were wonderful and they were helpful when we were looking for something special in town. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the homemade apple spice jelly was amazing!!”

”This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. I never imagined how perfect everything would be during my vacation in Hyannis. The hotel staff deserves the highest praise. The hotel is very, very close to the harbor for trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket; you can walk from the hotel to the harbor and save $40.00 on parking. The restaurant area is just a block away. Breakfast was adequate, and the rooms were very clean. I will definitely return to this hotel.”
