”The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

”This was somehow the perfect spot for a local discgolf tournament. The house is divided into 4 standalone apartments and was terrific. I would book this exact one again for all the features and access it provided. Communication was excellent and I hope to stay there again.”

”Simple, clean, cute older property fixed up just enough. Bed was comfy, couch was a little old. Kitchen had just enough amenities for what you need to eat at home. Property setting was nice.”

”Perceval’s Perch proved the perfect landing spot for us. Family and friends just down the block. Both room and window air conditioners helped us beat the heat. Even though we didn’t really use kitchen, it seemed adequately stocked. ”
