”The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us. ”
”The fire pits and pool were great! The atmosphere was elegant and modern while still being family friendly, but not annoying to childless couples. It felt like adult summer camp. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. The natural light was lacking but it just made us use the facilities more because the open air bar to patio was great. It’s also close to everything! ”
”Very comfortable bed! The spa and pool are indoors and so their hours are better- closing at 10pm! Wow! So nice after a long trip to soothe the aches in the hot tub before resting in bed. The breakfast was decent with a great coffee and tea bar! No microwave in the room but the water from the tap was hot enough to make my own hot tea in the room. You have to go to the lobby for basic tea and coffee.”

This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. ”Staff were great and very efficient. Bathroom small but clean. Room size ok. Beds were great-- very comfortable, and liked the selection of pillows. Nice desk lamp. ”
”We had probably the best studio room (302) of the whole resort! It was a bit on the side from other more "generic" rooms/buildings, and our patio extented to a secluded barbeque area. The room even had its own parking spot. It really had an exclusive feel, perfect for a romantic set, and we especially enjoyed the fact that we could have some cold beer from our fridge and other items from Safeway (~3miles away) to do bbq. Washing dishes was a bit hard in the room and the room lacked good bbq-ing...

"This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. The place seems to attract younger crowd thesedays. Next time we will stay somewhere else. Sedona has so many nice hotels so there is no short of options."
