”Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms. If you don’t mind your clothes smelling like smoke and sleeping with that odor present, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. Aside from that, the hotel itself is lovely.”

”The bathroom was not properly ventilated and the reception staff was not welcoming.”

”The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like was the temperature of the hot water for showers barely was hot. Also the refrigerator was not very cold and there were no controls to adjust it. Also when I booked the hotel I wanted free breakfast for my husband and myself, but they only gave us one complimentary breakfast and we had to pay for the second one. Other than that, the hotel was very nice for our one night stay.”
