”rooms are very dated, this place either needs to be torn down and rebuilt or given a major overhaul. no clock in room, which maybe normal these days. Staff was nice enough. pool actually looked nice, wouldn't even consider getting in the sauna there were used towels laying all over the place. My room smelled terrible when I got there, smelled like stale cig smoke covered up with some cleaning chemical. I got the traditional breakfast at the reasturaunt it was cheap but very greasy! ”To be fair, I travel in an RV. I just used the showers. I suggest letting the water run a while to get it hot if you are in the far end rooms.”

”Reserved a room with 2 beds and requested ground floor. None available offered 3rd floor close to either elevator or stairs. Requested elevator as I have mobility issues. ”My room was clean. However there was stains on my pillows! The next day before we left for an outing, we put a do not disturb sign on the door. We came back hours later to my bed in the room being stripped down completely. The blankets and pillows was on the floor tossed around. They stole my flowers my husband brought me and my charger. Never took out any trash. Just completely ruined my room. I had to notify the front desk and she came and made the bed because house keeping wasn’t in the...

”Everything in the room was either missing or broken and had a layer of filth on it. I am afraid to question what the stain on the sheets was. The bottom of the bathtub is breading. I tried to phone the front desk to no avail and had to go down just to get the wifi password. ”

”My socks were really dirty from the floor in my room and the dresser in my room had a drawer that was struck open so you had to walk around it. ”

”We had too switch to 5 different rooms they all were nasty we checked in kinda late so we couldn't change hotels the it smells terrible though out the hotel had too purchase cleaning products ”

”3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. ”

”Airport shuttle was great and the drivers were very kind, accommodating,and efficient. Proximity to the airport is great. Staff was nice and very helpful but the hotel itself is very rundown, I had to switch rooms because my shower did not work, and it wasn't super clean. The breakfast was basically toast and cereal and yogurt. The coffee was not very good. Fortunately, I was only there one night. ”

”Its alright for an overnight stay, just a little dated. Breakfast not a lot to choose from. Only one ice machine for the whole building. Jetted tubs do not work so don't request this type of room.”
