”We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. ”
”My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.”
”The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.”

”this place is a gem. the staff is warm and helpful. the housekeepers go beyond expectations in keeping the rooms clean and the location is convenient in every way.”
”We had a great experience and stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and able to assist with any question or concern we had. The rooms were clean, large, and fresh. We appreciate the upgrade we were able to obtain. The hotel was walking distance from the train, target, and other shops. Our 3 year old enjoyed the area, and we would definitely stay again. ”
”It was a nice hotel to stay for family, the inly thing i dont like is around the area wwhen you get out from the parking outside is too narrow and a lot of cars parking on narrow street, to congested. But other than that excellent rooms and we are 8 in one room very convenient.”
”For me it was a perfect stay. I was visiting a friend and it was a ten minute walk from her apartment. It was clean and comfy. The host was responsive and super nice! I recommend it to my friend, if she has any guests coming over that she wants close. I would stay there again! ”
”The Graduate is a cool, stylish choice. It is mostly aimed at a younger crowd (we are in our 40's and were there with our daughter), but we all found it comfortable. The rooftop bar, the Mountaineering Club, is a great place for panoramic views of Seattle. The U District is as central a location as you will find, but be aware that there will be noise on the street at night if you keep your windows open. The Poindexter Cafe downstairs was a great place to grab bagels and coffee in the morning,...
”Decent place in Fremont, far from city center but ok if you're travelling with a car and can't stay downtown. The room was very big and clean, although a bit dated and stuffy. We had a nice view of the Seattle city center from our room. A few buses go to downtown from here and there is also a nice restaurant area within walking distance.”
”Ok motel with a friendly staff. Location isn't the nicest, but a bus stop with rapid line e is close by and will take you to downtown. Not the cleanest place but had a kitchen to use. Propably wouldn't stay again (mainly because of the location). Wifi was good.”
”The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”
