”The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.”

The only disappointment was that the TV was difficult to use and no smart tv to log into my streaming apps, so I watched on my phone.

”We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

Only negative experience we had is we were unable to lo register for the room early. Our plan landed at 1130 and we got to the facility around 1 and had to wait until 2:45 to access our room. We also were unable to drop off our bags so we waited on the street with our bags until allowed access. ”

”Clean, ecclectic unique hotel decor, quiet. Very convenient to U Wash. Lots of Asian food options nearby but if you are interested in other food options you will likey need to use transportation to get there.”
”Decent place in Fremont, far from city center but ok if you're travelling with a car and can't stay downtown. The room was very big and clean, although a bit dated and stuffy. We had a nice view of the Seattle city center from our room. A few buses go to downtown from here and there is also a nice restaurant area within walking distance.”
”Ok motel with a friendly staff. Location isn't the nicest, but a bus stop with rapid line e is close by and will take you to downtown. Not the cleanest place but had a kitchen to use. Propably wouldn't stay again (mainly because of the location). Wifi was good.”
