”Staff and clean room”

”My room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave a big plus! I normally stay at a different hotel when I come up to visit my family but I decided to try this hotel. I wasn't sure how it would be but I was pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet and the gentleman who always seems to be at the front desk.. I'm sorry I can't remember his name is awesome! I was there for 3 weeks and I loved it! 10/10”

”The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

”I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.”

”We really enjoyed our stay there. The room, all of towels were very clean and staff was very nice, thank you! but we didn’t like shampoo conditioner, soap… bathroom amenities, they were not good. Well nothing is perfect I guess… ”

”This is a pet friendly hotel when we told the front desk there were loud dogs they immediately spoke to owners and moved our room Clean rooms and excellent. Firm mattress would def go back”

”The house was nice and the fireplace was lit up when we got home in the evening - so cozy. The area around the pool is fantastic. The pool, air hockey table, pool table, a bar, and outdoor cooking area, it really has something for everyone. ”
