They didnât clean my room on time, I does have to call the front desk and ask for my room to be clean regardless putting on the sign for cleaning by the door

Ok hotel with not so ok service
Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says thatâs not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. ...
