”The owner is a very sweet women and her husband. The son also works there. They were a wealth of knoledge about the area. They also had beach chairs and beach towels you could borrow. We loved that we could swing by in the morning and borrow these items. ”

”When we got the listing address we saw what looked like a main road going right by the house, but it is such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to a small beach, very short driving distance to a larger beach. Hosts were super responsive, overall a fantastic experience, would definitely recommend.”

”overall it was a great stay beach was close and stuff in garage was very helpful. Mattresses some were like boards guests had hard time on twin beds and downstair bed was hard to sleep on. kitchen was good pots were old adequate rooms although furniture needed updating nice yard and furniture and great shower outside shower door down stairs needs lock thank you”

”The house is wonderful, large kitchen & dining area for family meals. The outdoor space was amazing with salt water pool, hot tub and fire pit. We also had an easy walk (2 blocks) to the beautiful beach. Quite neighborhood. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Close to public tennis/ pickleball courts and bike path. Also, Picky Properties were very responsive. Everyone loved our stay. I would recommend this place to everyone!! ”
