”The rental was beautiful and clean. We stayed here for a concert at the toyota center right down the road. The best part was the deer around the back of the property. A fair warning there isn’t much cook wear in the kitchen, no toaster and the pans were old and stained which made things burn. Other than that an amazing rental and location. ”

”The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. ”

”Very nice studio. Perfect for my visit to New Haven. It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and well appointed. Nice to have a little kitchenette. The furniture was in very good condition. There were more than enough towels! The host gave accurate and clear directives for check-in and parking. When I was all thumbs with the key pad, he was available to help. I would certainly stay again. ”

”Outstanding location and room. Please recheck the structure of the outdoor stairs. There are no support pullers from the top landing to the ground level. They’re attached directly to the home but has gaps by the windows. The stares are very slippery when wet and the arm rails are below waist level. Unfinished wood rails make splinters a thing. Super clean, quiet and relaxing. Would reserve again if we come back to the area. Thank you so much for all the support. ”
