”My family and I just got back from a glorious weeklong stay at this Hollywood Hills gem! The house worked out really well for our two teens and my 84 year old mother. There was ample space to spread out, but also areas to come together and enjoy quality family time. The backyard pool area is a peaceful sanctuary. Lovely foliage and privacy and a beautiful pool for taking a dip. The interior is decorated tastefully and has the creature comforts of home. We like to cook breakfasts and the kitchen...

”This townhouse works well for families. There is a lot of stairs in this property, which I wasn’t expecting more than one flight. We had a hard time getting the internet connected, but we weren’t “home much” so it wasn’t a big deal for us. If you plan to cook real meals you may need to bring your own pans, there wasn’t a normal size skillet, and no cookie sheet, trying to make bacon was an experience as there was also no tongs. ”Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature. ”

”This was our second stay at this lovely property one block off of Hollywood Boulevard. The place is always clean, well-stocked with towels and all the necessary kitchen items. The location is amazing, just behind the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel, you are close to so many attractions in Hollywood. The 2-car parking is incredibly valuable as parking rates in the area are very high. We will be back next year!”

”I enjoyed a beautiful stay on this property with my friends who were all very impressed by the property!! Very clean, beautiful decor, attention to details in amenities. The only notes I would give for improvement, I did not care for being woken up early in the morning by the gardening people. Maybe ask them to come later in the afternoon.
