”Facility is clean and the breakfast was well served. Staff at evening check in could be better and the elevators were down and they had been for some time, as the paper on the elevator had bent corners. My wife has issues going up and down stairs, so I started to ask if they had any first floor rooms, but before I could get my comment out, all I got from the agent was "we are completely sold out."”
