”Stayed as a group of three to relax on the river and explore Knoxville for memorial day weekend. The boat had plenty of room for us and could have even accomodated 1 or 2 more. All of the essentials were on board and instructions for bathrooms and appliances were clear. The A/C units worked surprisingly well and cooled the rooms quickly. The top deck is the best part as there is tons of space to grill, lounge, and even play cornhole. The marina is super quiet and is perfectly situated right...

”We have never stayed in a houseboat before and this experience was great! The accommodations were clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat. We would absolutely stay again. The cons, if your a Verizon customer you pretty much have NO Service.”

”Our stay was perfect! The host was great. She even called and checked in with us. They supply mainly everything you need! I appreciated the fact that there were pots and pans in the kitchen, along with spices!! It was very clean and super homey! The swings on the porch were my favorite. Will definitely be staying here if we ever travel to the area again!”
