”I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. ”

”My first room had no ac and had roaches in the tub. They did move me into a better room. Staff was super nice. Theres no coffee maker in the rooms or ice machine on site. Overall i wasnt impressed with the hotel. I was however very happy with the great and friendly staff.”

”Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. ”
