Linnat – West Knoxville

”Staff, breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Air conditioner was very noisy. Need to replace the fan motor. But it was cool air. Just loud”

”The staff was friendly.”

”Dirty! Huge spiderweb next to, and behind our night stand. Dirty bathroom floors, dirty towel, dirty chair, and absolutely no body wash.”

”We wewre not made aware the gym was not in order and i travel depending on just that.. Otherwise a good location”

”Good basic motel. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and nice. Minus for the location near busy road, which is actually also a plus because it was easy an access with a car.”

”The bathrooms need an overhaul. We wouldn't step a foot in that tub. The smell of the first room was so bad that we had to change rooms. The filter on the bathroom vent was dirty. The hotel only had regular direct TV (basic stations). That quality inn should have been Budget Inn. The best part was the food truck outside.”

”For $159 a night it’s a very good value and most important the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows”

”these specific hotels are always super clean, so whenever available, and priced right, this is our preferred choice while traveling for work. The staff is always super helpful, and the environment just feels better.”

”Not bad for the money starting to show its age.”

”Clean room. Staff was helpful.”

”Friendly staff and clean rooms”

”Clean sheets and a good night's sleep. A little noise could be heard from outside, but it didn't really bother me.”
