”Front desk staff was quite rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by checking in and asking a question. Hotel was clean. Strange not to have a closet in the room but it still had a place to hang clothes. Breakfast was better than expected. Stayed here only 1 night with a coworker for a business trip.”

”It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area”

”The staff was great and available throughout the stay. The breakfast was good, but could benefit from more hot options. The room was clean and cold, just the way we like it. My family and I enjoyed the stay. I will definetely book a future stay.”

”Very nice hotel and a bonus was there was a good restaurant in the parking lot you could just walk to. My only disappointment was the website said it was 9.5 miles from the attraction I was there to see and it was at least 20 miles away.”
