”We were greeted well by friendly staff, room and bathroom were clean and well well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with options, including gluten-free ones (eggs, yogurt, rice crispies, and oatmeal. Service was friendly and helpful at breakfast. Thank you for a nice place to rest up before another day of travel!”

”The staff was wonderful. Everyone spoke English and we could understand the employees. Smelled clean. It has become almost the normal to go to hotel and smell what our family calls pine sol, cigarettes, and weed. Very nice hotel. ”

”I came in late the front desk was very welcoming let us know they prepare food onsite if we were hungry and what time the bar was open onsite. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to the Knoxville area. ”
