Motellit – West Knoxville

”Clean sheets and a good night's sleep. A little noise could be heard from outside, but it didn't really bother me.”

”Excellent Staff, very clean!!!!!!”

”The lobby was nice enough but the rooms were extremely dirty and nothing was taken care of mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, holes in the walls, just looked like no one cared”

”Everything looked good”

”Great place to just stay overnight”

”This place is budget friendly and that’s about it. If you want zero fluff and just a cheap place to sleep this place will do. The breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels and coffee. The laundry was coin only and the property doesn’t offer change anywhere including the office. No soap for purchase. No snacks for purchase and the soda machine wasn’t working. One of the staff members was very helpful with an issue we had. The other was not helpful at all and seemed annoyed with my questions. The...

”Please do not stay here! It's Janky. My husband and I stayed there four days and in those four days we did not get clean towels or maid service in the room.”

”The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and downtown attractions. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.”

”This motel is basically a crack house with room numbers. It's at the end of a Dead End side street. You can't go in the lobby to check in (in the middle of the day), you have to check in through a bullet-proof glass window that doesn't even have vent holes to hear the (indifferent & unhelpful) desk clerk. The rooms have no fridge & no microwave. There are seedy guests loitering around outside yelling at each other, who all seem to know each other because it appears they live there. Trash was...

”Clean room, very helpful nice old man who checked us in. Value for money for sure! We rested and watched movies, all and all nice stay.”

”Very relaxing”

”Need to have more breakfast items. A coffee machine that works”

”The property is in a scenic setting and the staff were welcoming. Parking is ample and easy and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to get you started but had the same limited choices for the two days that we were there”

”Roaches everywhere, and don't even let me get started on the bed bugs! Woman at front desk would not switch me rooms when I told her there was pepperoni pizza all over the chair and the floor was unreal with food crumbs all over the place she would not change me rooms then I got back to the room that's when I saw all the roaches coming out of the phones and the TV the dresser and then the bed bugs went back down around third shift and that guy was very nice and helpful and he traded me rooms but...

”Everything was good. The morning staff could have been a little more helpful and friendly. The evening staff was great.”
