”Great property. Extremely clean and welcoming. Not 1 complaint or suggestion. My mother-in-law (who is not easily impressed) was impressed and enjoyed the stay. Short walk to great restaurants. 2nd vehicle parking can get pricey but wonderful that the 1 designated loft parking (for free) was directly across the street. ”

”Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. ”

”In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years .
