”The property is adorable. Lots of room and we enjoyed sitting by the river. Very relaxing. Also it's close to everything that we were wanting to see. The owners were very helpful and quickly responded if we had a question.”

”My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Le T'fer! We were able to bring our dachshund Max which was a bonus. The home was beautiful and included every ammenity you could ask for. The proximity to Little Big Cup was the main reason for booking this place (which was about 100 feet away) but even if youre not going for the restaurant this place is perfect if youre just trying to get away and escape in a small town for a while. ”The perfect little modern farmhouse! 10 minutes from Festival International, but felt like a fairytale. We couldn't have asked for more! Amazing secluded spot in a residential neighborhood. The best of a central location while feeling miles away. Host was attentive and kind. ”

Attentive property owner who lives in different unit on site Easy walking distance to great restaurants. Property very clean and the bed slept well. ”This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. ”

”This house is fabulous, from the grounds to the pool to the furnishings. It easily accommodated 11 of us (we also rented the cottage) and was, surprisingly, very quiet. It is an older house, but has been beautifully updated. Bathroom counter space was a challenge and some of the tubs (claw foot) required stepping up, but there is a walk in shower in the master so it was all good. The location was perfect as we took several day trips and were able to get right on the interstate or local...

”Amazing stay!! My family and I did not want to leave! This house was soo clean and the king bed mattress was soooo comfortable! The house was beautifully decorated and just felt like home! They provided some snacks and drinks and the kitchen was stocked as well as the bathrooms. We forgot shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they supplied all of that! They were very helpful and answered us fast when we had any questions. We cannot wait to stay again when we come back to Broussard! ”
