âBrilliant stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful Christmas decorations, felt very festive. The room was comfortable with lots of personal touches. Very old building so a few squeaky floorboards to be expected. Great gluten free options. We will be back. Merry Christmas.â

âWe had a lovely stay at the inn on the lake hotel, the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The view in our room and the lake area is beautiful. Very good for the price. â

âI had two night stay at Radisson Red O2 to attend business meeting in city. When I arrived two (polite) people at reception did not know if I had paid my reservation or not, which I had done weeks ago.
When I got the room, bathroom had really bad sewer smell. I reported this three times but nothing happened. Shower was coming apart as well and was quite a hassle to use. Some of the common spaces were little dirty but overall feeling was clean(ish).

âThe room was beautiful!! Itâs recently been done apparently, and there was a lovely hamper and fridge with food and drinks included. The only issue was the shower wasnât amazing and was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise staff super lovely to and great pub! Highley recommend - Lauren â
